Shipments and returns

Your package shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 7-14 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail with drop-off with signature (Signed For). We will provide you a tracking number and a link so you will be able to track your package online.

Shipping does not include a handling fee but does include packing and postage costs. Fee's vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinctly different sized orders together and will be placed separately, and shipping fees may apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Postage Information

What you pay is explained in detail below but in addition, when you pay for your item and postage it will usually be sent within seven working days and if the payment date falls during a weekend, it will be sent on the following Monday depending on Bank Holidays Etc.

Please allow up to 7-14 working days for delivery as once it leaves our care and into that of the Mail handler we cannot be held responsible for its delay.

For Postage fees, please refer to individual items and ensure the correct delivery address is stated for accurate rates. All UK deliveries are at a standard rate signed for to ensure you recieve your order.

Returns

If you wish to return an item please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Information will be provided or a refund may be given if you are not delighted with your order.
