Your terms and conditions of use


Making a purchase could not be easier at Miniphernalia.co.uk. Just browse our website and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout or Basket Link' at the top right of the page and you will be asked for your contact details and choice of shipping so we are able to complete your order. You will then be directed to our Secure Online Payments system at PayPal which will process and charge your credit card or account immediately. After payment has been made you will be returned to the www.miniphernalia.co.uk and a copy of your order will be emailed to the email address on your order. It can also be veiwed via your account menu.
We accept most credit and debit card payments which are processed live online by PayPal. We employ superior fraud detection systems including Verified by Visa, Mastercard & Securecode. This is for both our and your protection during the payment process.

Cancelling an Order - before it has been shipped.
If you would like to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us by email as soon as possible as our turn around rate is usually very quick. (Not applicable to non-stock items such as T-Shirts and Mugs)

Shipping And Handling.
Please allow up to 5-15 days to process your order - for example if you place an order at 7pm on Friday we will not process the order until 9am Monday morning.

 

If my order fails to arrive.

If your order fails to arrive please contact us and we will contact Royal Mail or the Courier to see whats happened. Please allow 15 working days for the order to be delivered before contacting us. If we determine that your order is lost we can send replacement goods or offer a refund.

Returns & Shortages
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
PLEASE NOTE all shortages/damaged/or other discrepancies with your order must be reported within 24 hours of taking delivery of your order.
Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for a refund, if they are returned to ourselves within 7 days of receipt. Subject to the following
conditions:
Items are returned carriage paid
Items received are in a re-saleable condition
Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund
Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to charge for replacement packaging when the original has been damaged or defaced.)
Items returned after 7 days from receipt may be subject to a restocking fee. (This does not affect you statutory rights)
We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return.
All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, account number and reason for return. Remember, the information you provide will help us to help you.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered or lost, please keep your proof of postage, as it may be required in the event of a claim with our couriers.
Miniphernalia.co.uk are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.
